Please read the followings carefully before you proceed with registration and online payment.

1. Registration fees - Below are the fees/charges for early registration as well as late registration.

Faculty registration for one meeting (no conference dinner) SGD $300 SGD $350
Student/Post-doctoral fellow registration for one meeting (no conference dinner) * SGD $200 SGD $250
Faculty registration for both meetings (no conference dinner) SGD $480 SGD $550
Student registration for both meetings (no conference dinner) * SGD $320 SGD $400
Single day registration SGD $150 SGD $150
Joint Conference Dinner SGD $65 SGD $75

To qualify for Early Registration discount, your payment (cheque, credit card charge), not your payment commitment, must be postmarked or received before 1 July 2008.

Registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, conference programme and abstract, all day catering.

*Waiver of Registration Fees for all students presenting posters from NUS and A*STAR affiliated research institutes.

2. Registration Confirmation - Once we have received your registration and payment, the Conference Registration Office will inform you by email or fax.

3. Receipts for all paid fees will be provided on check-in time at the conference registration desk. Please bring along the confirmation of receipt of payment given to you by us through email/fax and furnish it at the conference registration desk.

4. Refunds/Cancellation Policy - All refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked no later than 18 August 2008. No e-mail requests will be processed. A cancellation fee of S$50 will be applied. Request for refunds postmarked after 18 August 2008 will not be accepted. Refunds will be made by checks in Singapore dollars within 6-8 weeks after the end of the conference.

5. CME points will be awarded to doctors registered under the Singapore Medical Council (SMC). 2 CME points will be awarded for each half-day session awarded.
