A project with the aim to investigate the extent of intra- and inter-ethnic variation of human subjects across a variety of “omics” technologies, for the purpose of understanding the correlations between these technologies which include:

• genomics;
• transcriptomics;
• lipidomics; and
• microbiome metagenomics.

This work is expected to directly impact how future “omics” studies will be carried out in Singapore.
