NRF Investigatorship 2019 Award

Assoc Prof Matthew Chang, Director of NUS Synthetic Biology for Clinical and Technological Innovation (SynCTI), was one of the four recipients of the NRF Investigatorship 2019. This is for his research on developing genetic and cellular platforms that can be programmed to precisely modulate the microbiome in response to specific disease states.

TThe NRF Investigatorship was established by the National Research Foundation to enable established researchers to pursue innovative, high-risk research.
